About the company
CITM Advisory was founded in 2022 with the aim of providing clients with cyber security and IT management consulting. CITM Advisory cooperates with Latvian and Finnish cyber security and IT management experts on the principles of the alliance, selecting the most appropriate specialists for each situation. The main emphasis is on high-quality and result-oriented efficient work in cooperation with experienced industry specialists, thus creating added value for the client.
Kaspars Iesalnieks
Consultant, board member
The founder of the company is Kaspars Iesalnieks, who has previously worked for the international audit and advisory company for more than 8 years, providing cyber security and IT management consulting to clients in the private and public sectors, both in Latvia and internationally. Kaspars has also been a CISO or Information Security Manager for more than 2 years. Most experience is in the financial and public sectors, providing cyber security services, as well as post-COBIT 5 and ITIL IT strategy development and management audits. Kaspars has obtained several certifications in cyber security and IT management, such as CISA, CISM, CPTE, ISO / IEC 27001 lead auditor, ISTQB, Prince 2, ITIL. Kaspars is a member of LIKTA, LATA, ISACA, Digital Security Committee.
Specialists have experience in projects both in Latvia and abroad, for example, in Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Ukraine, Lithuania and other countries. In terms of industries, all are represented, with particular financial sector, public sector, retail, system developers, infrastructure and energy companies.
